First procedure by web login.
Login to Zoho Mail by https://mail.zoho.com/
1. Then Go to Settings.
2. Navigate to Mail Accounts and click the primary email address from the Mail accounts listing.
3. Under the IMAP section, check the IMAP Access checkbox.
4. Finally save the settings.
Second Procedure by Microsoft Outlook
Zoho email account configuration in outlook. Follow the screenshots below.
Step 1: Go to control panel and select Mail(Microsoft Outlook)

Step 6: Fill-up the User, Server and login information. Then select More settings.
Step 7: From more settings set the outgoing server as below.

Step 9: Finally click on Next and finish the configuration.
Now you are all done to access your genex.com.bd email account by Microsoft outlook.
