Therefore, we need you to be our internal expert, who can keep the big picture in mind and have the necessary foresight to take preventive actions. Your role At SCADA International, we have a high focus on quality in whatever we do, including the way we operate, which is why we are certified within the standards ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, and currently in the process of implementing compliance with ISO 27001. As our Compliance Manager, you will therefore have the opportunity to work with compliance across various sets of standards, combined into our Integrated Management System. You will enter a newly established role, where you will be influential in how we shape and reach our goals for compliance within our integrated management system. Your main responsibilities will be: • • • • • • • • • ensure compliance with all remedies related to the organization's operations. develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and standards. assess the organization’s compliance vulnerabilities and suggest improvements. manage the investigation of any compliance issues or violations. develop and provide compliance-related training to employees. work with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with regulations. develop and maintain compliance metrics and reports. monitor and report on compliance activities, risks, and results to senior management. improve processes in collaboration with the relevant process owners. If you would like to be on board, you will join our Silkeborg office, but will also be working with colleagues from our various offices abroad to ensure global alignment on our processes and procedures across the organization. You will be referring to our COO and will have close collaboration with management and with our Global Process Manager. Your background The ideal candidate is someone who can actively take the lead in achieving compliance within our organization to the standards and goals we have committed to. We expect you to achieve this by being proactive, structured, and knowing how to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. There can be many professional backgrounds that qualify you for this position, but most importantly, you understand what it takes to ensure our compliance and establish support and buy-in from people in the organization. You have some years of experience driving and systematizing complex processes, and you have been directly involved in managing risks, controls, and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Candidates who either have knowledge of information and cybersecurity or have direct experience implementing ISO 27001 in practice, will be considered to have an additional advantage; however, this is not a requirement.
