Digital Signature Certificate(DSC)
DSC stands for Digital Signature Certificate. It is the digital equivalent of a physical or
a paper document.It is a secure digital key which is issued by the certifying authorities
to validate and certify the identity of a person holding this certificate.
HRMS application uses the DSC for signing the pdf data digitally. A brief introduction
about how to use the DSC in the application will be given in this help guide.
Before proceeding you need a digital key and install the Emudhra embridge software.

1) After successfully downloading embridge double tap on the downloaded file and a
pop up will be shown click Yes and you will proceed to the shown window keep on
clicking Next Next Next and Install as shown in below images.
2) In the last step click Finish and embridge is successfully installed on your machine
now
3) Search for the installed embridge and keep it open and running as shown in the
below image.
As an example of how to use the DSC is given below.
1) click on the view and accept by digital sign button.
2) click Yes to proceed or No to cancel
3) Enter the OTP send to the registered mobile number and click submit.
4) In this step choose the token as microsoft store ,token as class 3 organisation and
the password of the certificate provided
5) In the last step click on digitally sign document button to sign the document digitally
or else click close to cancel.
