Dear Ms. Freeman:
Scheduling Software Training
I am writing to inquire about software training for our business. I understand that your company
offers software training both online and onsite at the company headquaters. However, I do have
questions regarding which method of training would work best for our business. Our business
has around 500 employees who will need training on this new software. We do have access to
corporate training room with 20 computers, reliable internet connection and a projector. Given
this information:




What method of training would you recommend that we use to best accommodate all our
employees?
How do the benefits of online training compare to the benefits onsite training?
Are there any drawbacks to training by either method?
What is the cost difference between the two methods of training?
Our business is planning to implement the new software in about six months. I would prefer our
users to be trained on the new software at least two months prior to launch. Given the timeline,
what is your availability for scheduling the training?
