5. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs.15,500/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred only). EMD
shall be accepted from the participating firm in the form of Bank Guarantee (BG)/Fixed Deposit

6. All prospective bidders must attend the Pre-Bid meeting, positively. The venue, date and time
are indicated bove.
7. The tenderer(s) in their own name should have satisfactorily executed minimum the work of
a)
One similar completed works or currently executing of Rs. Nine Lakh Only.
OR
b) Two similar completed works or currently executing two works of similar nature each costing
Rs.4.5 lakh Only.
OR
c) Four completed work or currently executing one work of similar nature each of Rs 3 lakh.
8. The bidder shall collect the tender document such as General conditions of contract special
conditions of contract and instruction to bidder from given address. Bidder shall submit there tender along
with scan copies of EMD and deposit as mentioned.
8. EMD may be issued in the favor of “Director of WORKSHOP GROUP10D.PVT.LTD” and payable at
Nicmar Pune.
