You can get information by collecting data from different sources, such as books, websites, surveys, interviews, etc. Well, This is what we call data collection. Data collection is the process of gathering and analyzing information from various sources to answer research questions, solve problems, and understand customer needs. We collected 2 following methods, which 2 methods: we considered the most suitable: Focus - Focus Groups gather collective opinions in Groups and Interviews a group rather than individual ones. - Interviews is used to gather crucial information through a phone call, face to face or web chat. A focus group is a way to collect data by talking to a small group of people about a topic. It helps researchers to understand how people think and act, and why they do so. It also helps them to find new questions or ideas for future research. Focus Groups Advantages: + Get several opinions and feedback from individuals in a group. + Minimize overload of work for one person + be a cost-effective way to get information Disad: + have less speaking time than in interviews. + can dominate the conversation by some members Interviews are a way to collect data by asking questions to people who have information or experience related to your research topic Interviews Advantages: + can provide rich and detailed data from individuals who can express their own thoughts and experiences + can be flexible and adaptable to different contexts and purposes + Can prepare at home Disad: + be time-consuming, expensive, and hard to organize + have difficulty finding the proper interviewees
