The following samples must be submitted together with the tender
submission. The samples will form part of the technical evaluation of the
submission. The samples provided will be compared to the criteria specified
in the A&B schedules. NB! Failure to submit samples will result in complete
disqualification of the tender submission.

Completion of A&B Schedules
Technical data for each material item such as boards, cylinders, sticks,
clacks, paper, etc. must be stated in the A&B Schedule for the particular
item being offered. Material deviation from the stated specification will
result in disqualification.
NB! Failure to complete the information in the A&B Schedules will result in
complete disqualification of the tender submission.
A final score of 70% or higher, together with meeting the two gatekeepers,
is required to pass the functional evaluation of this tender.
