MONTREAL CONVENTION: 1971 – “Convention for Suppression of unlawful acts against the safety of Civil Aviation”, it compliments the Hague Convention. MONTREAL PROTOCOL: 1988- this extended the Montreal Convention to include offence committed at aerodromes serving International Civil Aviation, Including the international use of any device, substance (or) weapon.
