一、概述
Summary
电机监控保护器是总结研制生产电动机保护器和微机保护器基础上的积累和现代高新技术的结晶。

由微处理器来执行电机保护和控制,并支持馈线保护,完成对电机操作、自诊断以及与上位机的通讯等。

二、基本保护功能
The basic function of protection
启动保护:在启动时间内,只对断相、过压、欠压、短路及三相不平衡、超时启动进行保护。
Starting protection: in the starting time, only the fault phase, overvoltage, undervoltage,
short circuit and three-phase unbalanced, timeout start Protection.
过压保护:当工作电压超过设定值时6秒内动作。(出厂默认为260V)
Overvoltage protection: when the operating voltage is more than the setting value of 6 seconds
of action. (default is 260V)
欠压保护:当工作电压低于设定值时6秒内动作。(出厂默认为180V)
Undervoltage protection: when the operating voltage is lower than the set value of 6 seconds
of action. (default is 180V)
断相保护:当任何一相断开电源时,动作时间≤2.0秒。
Phase failure protection: when any phase when the power supply is disconnected, the action
time less than 2 seconds.
堵转保护:当工作电流达到整定电流值的倍数时,动作时间≤2秒。
Blocking protection: when the working current to multiple current setting value, action time
less than 2 seconds.
不平衡保护:当任何两相间的电流值相差达到设定百分比值时,动作时间≤2秒。
Unbalance protection: when the current value of the difference between any two phases to set
the percentage value, action time less than 2 seconds.
欠流保护:当工作电流连续低于设定欠流门限时,动作动作时间≤10秒。

漏电保护:当零序互感器检测到漏电电流值达到设定值时≤1秒内动作。(出厂默认为“1”)
Leakage protection: when the zero sequence current transformer to detect leakage current value

短路保护:当短路电流达到设定漏电电流的5倍以上时,动作时间≤2秒。(无需要设置)

过流保护:过流保护动作时间为反时限保护或速断保护,动作时间(参表二)。

来电自启动:有此功能的保护器,需用户设置自启动时间,此时电动机不能通讯启动。(出厂默认为“0”关闭功能)
Calls self starting: protector has the function to the user settings, self starting time,

启动超时保护:当启动时间延时结束后电流还大于过载电流值时判定为启动超时。(出厂默认为4s,1-120秒可设)
Starting overtime protection: when the start time delay after the current is also greater than the
value of the overload current when judged to start a timeout.(default is 4S, 1-120 seconds can be set)
触点容量:AC220V/5A AC380V/3A 电寿命≥105次。
Contact capacity: AC220V/5A AC380V/3A is more than or equal to 105 times the electrical life.
触点特性:触点J1常闭,触点J2常开。(以外壳接线图为准)

分体显示:距离小于500cm 标准配置100cm

设置功能:根据电动机的正常运行电流值设置保护参数。

配比功能:在200A及200A以下的保护器不需配置互感器,大于200A以上的保护器需要

配置标准互感器3个变比为5A。例如400A规格需要配400A/5A的电流互感器

通讯协议:支持厂内自行编制、MODBUS 等各种通讯协议。

电流输出:三相电流平均值转换为DC4-20mA信号输出。
Output current: three-phase current average value is converted to DC4-20mA signal output.
注:1、互感器固定在交流接触器下方为宜,采用螺丝固定和标准35mm导轨安装方式;三相主线路分别穿过互感器的
三个孔;按外壳接线图接好二次线并检查无误后,方可通电调试(没带电流时才可修改参数)。

三、安装和操作
Installation and operation
当保护器显示电流值时不能修改设定参数只能查询,显示电压值时按功能健按以下步骤设定保护值。

19)故障状态:面板上的对应指示灯被点亮,显示器显示故障动作值并记录,按复位键保护器进入故障复位。

注意事项
The matters needing attention
1、保护器安装接线时,应按各接线端子用途正确连接无误,接触良好。

2、保护器的工作电源应保持长期供电,并注意标称电压与实际电压相符合。

3、各项保护设定值应正确无误,不用的选项应放弃设定。

4、根据电动机的额定电流值,选择相应规格的保护装置。

5、分体式的保护器不要将不同编号的互感器和显示部分共同使用。

6、保护器配用电流变比互感器时,若设备现场或控制室需电流表显示时,最好另配一个电流互感器,
不然对配带电流表的那相电流显示会有影响。
