Project Coach dan peserta Apprentice bertanggung jawab untuk melengkapi laporan kegiatan mingguan. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk memantau objektif
selama proyek berjalan, mendapat penjelasan detail mengenai pencapaian, dan mencatat daftar kehadiran peserta Apprentice. Peserta Apprentice
bertanggung jawab melengkapi template di bawah ini:
