This is where one is crafted into a better person, who will be an emblem of the kind of learning center where be was raised. The multifarious concern of school demands working with others to accomplish designed tasks and objectives. These would need dedicated school personnel, cooperative parents, accountable community and innovative learners. DepEd Memorandum No. 53, s. 2020 otherwise known as Joint Implementing Guidelines on the 2020 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela Relative to the Covid-19 Situation (Amending Thereby DepedEd Memornandum No. 32, s. 2020 titled 2020 Brigada Eskwela Program Implementing Guidelines, and DepEd Memorandum No. 014, s. 2020 titled 2020 Oplan Balik Eskwela) The original schedule of the 2020 Brigada Eskwela on May 18-23 as provided in DM 32, s.2020, is postponed. DepEd through the Schools Division to School Implementation shall now be implementing a longer national schools’ preparation through Brigada Eskwela from June 1 to Aughust 29, 2020. However, under the Brigada Eskwela Plus Oplan Balik Eskwela, the partnership iniatives shall be implemented throughout the school year. This will contribute to the readiness not only of the school facilities but also of the learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, school administrators, and community. The National Brigada Eskwela Media/Online Kick-off Program was held on June 1, 2020 via media platforms. DepEd Region VI was hosted and lead the national kick-off program which was participated virtually by all regions and selected stakeholders Also, the said activity was disseminated to the teachers provided by their proper designation through the school head. Thus the group came up with the decision to have schedules to help for the duration of the week – long implementation of the program. Since, there’ll be no face to face classes the school prepared BE-LCP provided by the IATF safety health protocols and in line with the DepEd continuous plan in the midst of crisis/pandemic. The School BE-LCP was critically planned and designed to conduct the Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela for the safety of Teaching and Non-teaching personnel as well as the community and stakeholders that even in the midst of pandemic learning must continue and no learner must left behind. The said BE-LCP was approved by the schools division and it was presented to the Municipal Federation Officers and to the Barangay Community and Stakeholders. Since, there will be no face to face classes the school prepared the school in-line with the IATF safety protocols of each and every one. The school posted reminders and information about the safety for the Balik-Eskwela in joint of Oplan Balik Eskwela in the school premises, it was also disseminated in the means of Social Media Platform by the School Information Officer through School Official Facebook Page for wider dissemination. The said activity was all about how they can volunteer to help for the preparation for the opening of the school year 2020-2021, as well as how the parents can enroll their children without going to school for their safety and for the school personnel and other stakeholders. With this preparation, the DepEd Central Office and Schools Division Office of Bulacan provides the Printed Module that the school of Emilia Perez Ligon High School preferred. Believing that the community cannot stand without the school, and likewise the school without the community, we greatly believed that the school is the face of the barangay. Thus, all the people in the community even those parents and other stakeholders, LGU and Private sectors volunteered and donate learning materials and equipment for the continuance to support the learning program in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic for the learners. The Spirit of Bayanihan in the New Normal we’re successfully done with the help of DepEd, school teachers and non-teaching personnel, barangay community, LGU, Private sectors, Parents/stakeholders for without them, the following would not have been made possible.
