Letter of Resignation
Dear HR Admin,
I am writing to formally announce my resignation from my position as a Junior Software Engineer at
ADDIE Soft Ltd, effective as of 1st October 2023. After much consideration and reflection, I have decided
that it is time for me to pursue new opportunities and challenges in my career.
I have immensely enjoyed my time at ADDIE Soft Ltd and am grateful for the valuable experiences and
knowledge I have gained during my tenure here. It has been a pleasure working with a talented team of
professionals and contributing to the company's projects and goals.
I want to express my gratitude for the support and mentorship that I have received during my time with
the company. I have grown both personally and professionally, and I will always look back on my time
here with fond memories.
Over the next three weeks, I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition. I am open to assisting in the
handover of my responsibilities and providing any necessary training to my colleagues to minimize
disruption.
I wish ADDIE Soft Ltd continued success and growth in the future, and I hope our paths may cross again
in the industry. Please consider this letter as my formal notice of resignation, and I am more than willing
to discuss the transition process further.
Thank you once again for the opportunities I have had at ADDIE Soft Ltd. I am looking forward to the next
chapter in my career with excitement and anticipation.
