IGP, formerly known as IPO or Schutzhund, is a three-phase sport that tests the obedience, tracking and protection skills of dogs. SouthSide K9 Camp has experienced and certified trainers who can help dogs of any breed and age to achieve their full potential in this challenging and rewarding sport. Whether you want to compete at the national or international level, or just have fun with your dog, SouthSide K9 Camp can offer services, guidance and support needed. Joining the SouthSide K9 Camp, requires you to have a membership that is paid on a monthly basis. The club offers various activities and services for dog owners and their pets. However, due to the increasing number of members, it is becoming challenging to manage the club effectively. We are looking for ways to improve our administration and communication systems to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. 2. Rationale The SouthSide K9 Camp has some problems with its current system of managing and organizing its members. It uses Excel Spreadsheets to keep track of the information of its members, such as their names, contact details, payment status, and training progress. This method is not the most effective, as it takes a lot of time and can cause errors. The club has to enter and edit the data manually, which have led to inconsistencies and inaccuracies. It also has trouble accessing and sharing the data across different devices and platforms, which affects its communication and collaboration leading to members of SouthSide K9 Camp forgetting their due. The club is looking for a better solution that can help it simplify its workflow and improve its service quality. The platform eliminates the need for manual data entry and manipulation in excel spreadsheets, which can be time-consuming and error-prone.
