UNIT PERFORMANCE TASK FOR 4 INTEGRATED SUBJECTS WITH A COMMON PRODUCT
Quarter Performance Standard
Grade Level: 7
Subject 1: SCIENCE
The learners should be able to perform in groups in guided investigations involving community- based
problems using locally available materials
Subject 2: ENGLISH
The learner transfers learning by: showing appreciation for the literature of the past; comprehending texts
using appropriate reading styles; participating in conversations using appropriate context-dependent
expressions; producing English sounds correctly and using the prosodic features of speech effectively in
various situations; and observing correct subject-verb agreement.
Subject 3: HEALTH
The learner appropriately manages concerns and challenges during adolescence to achieve holistic
health.
Subject 4: MATH
The learner is able to formulate challenging situations involving sets and real numbers and solve these in
a variety of strategies.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Situation: The government officials surveyed about the health status of the community and found out that many has a problem in nutritional health.
Role: Nutritionist
Goal: Make an interview to some selected person in the community and identify what nutritional health disorder is that person suffering for.

Audience: Government Health Sector
