in South Natuna Sea Block B area (“MEPN”);

Jadwal proses Prakualifikasi adalah merujuk kepada sistem
e-proc Perusahaan.

Para Pendaftar wajib memiliki surat ijin usaha atau sertifikat
yang masih berlaku sesuai dengan subbidang usaha dan
lingkup kerja sebagaimana dipersyaratkan pada Lampiran 1.

based on classification and scope of work as mentioned in
Attachment 1.
7.
Para pendaftar wajib berdomisili di provinsi Sumatera Selatan
atau Jambi (Dikecualikan untuk Agen/ Agent Tunggal/
Distributor/ Distributor Tunggal).

Registrants shall be domiciled in Sumatera Selatan or
Jambi (excluded Agent/ Sole Agent/ Distributor/ Sole
Distributor ).

Ketentuan pengiriman barang yang digunakan adalah Franco
Gudang Jakarta.

The stipulations of goods delivery used are Franco Jakarta
Warehouse.

Persentase minimum TKDN yang dipersyaratkan dalam
Tender ini adalah sebesar 0%

Dokumen Pengajuan Prakualifikasi yang wajib diserahkan
mengacu kepada Lampiran 1 Surat Pengantar Prakualifikasi
ini.

Prequalification Submission Document that shall be
submitted refers to Attachment 1 of this Cover Letter of
Prequalification

Dalam hal diatur ketentuan untuk menyertakan materai pada
salah satu Dokumen Pengajuan Prakualifikasi, maka Para
Pendaftar wajib menyertakan materai.
If there is provision to submit the Prequalification
Submission Document with stamp duty, then the
Registrants must attach the stamp duty.
Mengacu kepada Undang-undang No 10 Tahun 2020 tentang
Bea Materai per 1 Januari 2021, materai yang akan
digunakan hanya berlaku 1 tarif yaitu Rp10.000,00.
Refer to Law No. 10 Year 2020 on Stamp Duty, as of 1
January 2021, the single rate of stamp duty of
IDR10.000,00 shall apply.

Para Pendaftar yang dinyatakan lulus evaluasi Prakualifikasi
yang akan diundang sebagai Peserta Tender untuk proses
Tender selanjutnya.
Registrants that pass the Prequalification will be invited as
Bidders in the subsequent Tender process.
Surat Pengantar Prakualifikasi ini merupakan bagian yang
tidak terpisahkan dari Dokumen Prakualifikasi.

Administrasi/ SPDA), is in accordance with business clasification and business field
of the Tender to be implemented.
