This is for information of all concerned that the provisional Merit list (1st Selection) of applicants for admission
into four years integrated B.A. B.Ed. (ITEP) for the session 2023-24 is as follows. The schedule for admission is from
dt. 25-09-2023 to dt. 26-09-2023 (10.00 am to 5.00pm)
NB :
1) This Provisional Merit List has been prepared based on the data given by NTA
2) No Complain regarding delay in reporting after the scheduled date and time would be
entertained under any circumstances.
3) The candidates are instructed to visit in the College Website (Admission Prospectus at Notice
head) regarding admission fees and original documents to be submitted at the time of admission.
4) If any discrepancy found during documents verification, their claim for admission will be forfeited.
Documents to be produced / submitted at the time of Admission:
i.National Common Entrance Test (NCET 2023), NTA scorecard.
ii.Common Application Form applied in NTA.
iii. Original High School Certificate with Xerox copy for verification of date of birth.
iv.Original Mark Sheet of +2 / equivalent examinations with Xerox copy.
v.Original College leaving Certificate (CLC) from the institution last attended.
vi.Original Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended.
vii.Original Migration Certificate for student passing the qualifying examination from other than
the CHSE, Odisha.
viii.Original Certificates with Xerox copies in support of claim for reservation, if applicable.
ix.Original PWD Certificate with Xerox (if applicable).
x.Valid identity proof with Xerox copy
xi.Valid address proof with Xerox copy
xii.Admission fee in cash (Mentioned in Common Prospectus).
xiii.Four (4) copies of recent pass port size photographs.
