Subject: Request for Repair of Blocked Sink Pipe at 4th floor Room 422
Good day,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request your prompt assistance in addressing a
maintenance issue within in our condominium unit located 4th floor Room 422. Specifically, we are
experiencing a blockage in the sink pipe, which is causing significant inconvenience and hindering
the proper functioning of the sink. The problem started last June 26, 2023 and continues until now.
We have noticed that water drainage from the sink has become increasingly slow, and there are
times when it overflows, causing potential damage to the surrounding area of our kitchen. We have
attempted to address the issue through basic troubleshooting methods, such as using a plunger and
drain cleaners. However, these attempts have proven unsuccessful in resolving the problem
permanently.
Upon Mr Ronald's inspection, imperial facility maintenance, the clogged problem is not the drain
pipe of our sink. The problem is in the drain pipe below our unit. We are available to provide access
to facilitate the inspection and repair process.
