Dear Allen & Associates,
I received your phone call message on Tuesday August 20, I returned the call
and was placed on hold for quite some time and had to return to work.
I’m quite shocked the that TeamViewer as referred this for collection since I
cancelled this service in February telephonically, and reaffirmed my
cancelation in March.
Please send a copy of all documents in your possession that you think justify
such an action by TeamViewer.
Also, as I’m sure you are aware, any negative reporting related to my credit
can significantly limit my ability to continue investment activities and limit
other purchases. Any report affecting my credit will damage me significantly
and is a recoverable claim.

I pay my valid bills and maintain excellent credit. I’m very curious to see all
of your documentation because, frankly, I don’t understand why this is an
issue.
