University of South African is the biggest academic institution in Republic of South Africa and in
the continent of Africa. UNISA is conducting graduation in different places in South Africa. The
graduations are being conducted in Pretoria, Polokwane, Durban, and Cape Town. UNISA has
a total of 9 colleges and graduations are conducted for all the colleges. The colleges are
Accounting Sciences, Economic and Management Sciences, Human Sciences, Science,
Engineering and Technology, Graduate School of Business Leadership, Agriculture and
Environmental Sciences, Education, Law, and Graduate Studies. All these colleges offer
different qualifications. Each and every session needs to have Chancellor and someone
delivering chancellor address. On top of that, there are academics that needs to be part of
academic procession which include academics which includes deans of colleges and directors

After the design of any database, it is important to perform testing and evaluation. Discuss on
how you are going to perform the testing and evaluation of the database. Include the
elements of things that you will be considering in a process of conducting testing and
evaluation.
QUESTION THREE
[10 MARKS]
This database will be used by different users including the students checking their graduation
details include date and venue. It is important for the database to perform well. Discuss on
how you will ensure the database performs well in terms of speed.
