Dear Parents,
The National Zoological Park is organizing “Mass Awareness Campaign on Mission Life for Proplanet People” in collaboration with the National Museum of Natural History from May 05,
2023, and will culminate on World Environment Day, June 05, 2023. For this mass awareness
campaign, Delhi Zoo is inviting school students to participate in various activities.
Kindly fill in the consent slip given below to let your ward participate in the campaign and gain
useful learning experience from it.

CAM _______ have no objection to send my ward to National Zoological Park (Delhi Zoo), on
25th May 2023. Students will bring their own lunch and water bottle. I am assured that the
school and organizers will take all care and precautions. However, in case of any
injury/mishap, I will not hold the school or organizers responsible.
