be underserved or have unique needs. Develop tailored marketing strategies to reach and engage
these niche segments. For example, if there is a growing demand for memory care services,
emphasize our expertise in that area and create targeted campaigns to attract seniors and families
seeking specialized memory care.
4. Targeted Advertising: Utilize a mix of digital and traditional advertising channels to reach our
target audience. This may include online display ads, search engine marketing (SEM), social media
advertising, local print publications, and radio spots. Craft messages that emphasize the caring and
empowering environment, knowledge sharing, and community engagement.
5. Content Marketing: Create and share valuable content that educates and informs our target
audience. Develop blog articles, videos, and social media posts that address topics related to senior
care, well-being, loneliness reduction, and knowledge sharing. Highlight the expertise of our staff
and share success stories of residents benefiting from our care home's environment.
6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize our website and online content to rank higher
in search engine results. Conduct keyword research related to senior care, knowledge sharing, and
well-being to ensure our website appears prominently when potential residents and their families
search for related topics.
7. Online Reputation Management: Encourage residents and their families to leave reviews and
testimonials on platforms such as Google, senior care directories, and social media. Monitor and
respond to reviews promptly, demonstrating our commitment to providing a caring and
empowering environment.
8. Community Engagement: Actively participate in local community events, health fairs, and
senior expos. Host or sponsor events that promote well-being, knowledge sharing, and community
building. Leverage these opportunities to showcase our care home's values and connect with
potential residents and their families.
9. Referral Programs: Develop referral programs that incentivize satisfied residents and their
families to refer others to our care home. Offer rewards or discounts for successful referrals,
encouraging word-of-mouth marketing.

care home promotes intellectual stimulation among residents. This can include workshops, guest
speakers, book clubs, or discussion groups, enhancing their mental well-being.
3. Qualified and Compassionate Staff: The expertise and compassion of our staff are significant
strengths. Their qualifications, training, and dedication contribute to the high-quality care and
support provided to residents, creating a sense of trust and security.
4. Community Building: Our care home focuses on community building, organizing events, and
encouraging social interaction among residents. This reduces loneliness, fosters friendships, and
creates a supportive network within the care home.
Weaknesses:
1. Limited Capacity: If our care home has a limited number of available beds or resources, it may
pose a challenge in meeting the growing demand for senior care services in the community.
Addressing capacity limitations may be necessary to accommodate a larger number of seniors
seeking care.
2. Lack of Awareness: One potential weakness could be a lack of awareness among the target
audience about the unique offerings and benefits of our care home. Generating visibility and
spreading awareness about our care home's distinguishing features is crucial to attracting potential
residents and their families.
3. Technical Challenges: The reliance on technology may pose challenges, such as system
malfunctions or technical glitches, which could impact the overall customer experience and
operational efficiency.
4. Limited Market Penetration: The success of Golden Age heavily relies on securing
partnerships with existing parking facilities, which could limit market penetration initially.
Opportunities:
1. Growing Senior Care Market: The increasing demand for senior care services presents a
significant opportunity for our care home to expand its reach and serve more seniors in need. Aging
populations and shifting demographics provide a favorable market for growth.
2. Technological Advancements: Embracing and integrating technology into our care home can
open new opportunities for enhancing resident experiences, improving operational efficiency, and
providing innovative solutions to support knowledge-sharing and well-being initiatives.
3. Increasing Aging Population: The aging population is growing globally, presenting a
significant opportunity for your old care home business. With more seniors in need of care and
support, there is a potential for increased demand for your services, especially if you can
differentiate yourself by offering a caring and empowering environment.
4. Collaborations with Healthcare Providers: Collaborating with healthcare providers, such as
doctors, therapists, and specialists, can open up opportunities for knowledge sharing, specialized
care services, and referrals. These partnerships can enhance the range and quality of care we
provide, contributing to the well-being of our residents.
Threats:
1. Competitive Landscape: The senior care industry is highly competitive, with numerous care
homes and service providers operating in the market. Competing with other establishments that
offer similar services and aim to reduce loneliness and enhance well-being may pose a threat to
attracting and retaining residents.
2. Regulatory Challenges: Compliance with regulations and licensing requirements specific to
the senior care industry can present challenges and potential threats. Stay up to date with regulatory
changes and ensure our care home adheres to all necessary standards to mitigate risks.
3. Economic Factors: Economic fluctuations, changes in healthcare policies, and government
funding can impact the affordability and accessibility of senior care services. Economic
uncertainty may affect the demand for and financial viability of our care home.
4. Staffing Challenges: Recruiting and retaining qualified and compassionate staff members can
be a challenge in the senior care industry. A shortage of skilled professionals or high turnover rates
can impact the quality of care provided. Implementing effective recruitment and retention
strategies, providing ongoing training and support, and fostering a positive work environment can
help mitigate staffing-related threats.
It is important to leverage our strengths and opportunities while addressing weaknesses and
mitigating threats. By capitalizing on our caring and empowering environment, knowledge-sharing
initiatives, and community-building efforts, and by addressing challenges such as limited capacity
and awareness, our care home can continue to provide exceptional care and support to seniors,
reducing loneliness, and enhancing their well-being.

increasing day by day. So, the demand for this type of business or institution high in the future. we
have a scope to increase our course price with the changes in market conditions.
Value Proposition
❖ We have unique value and benefits which can make a trainee easy to learn and build.
❖ Align our pricing with the perceived value of our training programs.

As we are new in the business so we always want to reach Break Even Point(BEP) for running the
business. If we used value-based pricing or cost-based pricing it may hamper the loyalty in the
market so we try to provide a price that is low than my competitor. In the short run, we use
Competitive pricing or market pricing. When we reach the Break Even point our first strategy
would be to change the strategy and select the price or increase the price on the basis of my firm’s
value. We determine our starting price based on competitive pricing and that is BDT 2,200 per
course we have 5 courses on hand.
