For sick leaves according to Nigeria Labor law, staff must have to provide evidence from certified doctor or Hospital. More than casual leaves according to Nigeria labor law will be considered absent. LATE ARRIVAL TO WORK Office hours start from 9.00 AM. Arrival after this time will be marked late. 3 days late arrival in month will be considered as violation of work hours may lead to mark absent for a day JOB PERFORMANCE All assigned jobs will be evaluated as per KPI monthly basis before preparing salary sheet. ACTIONS/ CONCLUSION Department heads will evaluate their teams monthly Failing to follow the leave process may lead to disciplinary action decided by Management Failing to follow the office hour times without a satisfying reason may lead to disciplinary action decided by management The absenteeism and late arrival may reflect in monthly salary deduction according labor law.
