THE POTENTIAL DONOR
 18 to 55 years old
• (Below 18 years old may donate provided that they weigh 55 kilos/120 lbs
with parental consent
• Donors 55 and above may donate provided that they have at least 1 yearly
donation)
 Weight: 50 kilos
 Pulse Rate: 60-100 beats per minute with regular rhythm
 Blood Pressure: Systolic BP100-150 mmHg
Diastolic BP 60-90 mmHg
 Hemoglobin: Male 13.0-17.9 g/L
Female 12.5-17.9 g/L
THE POTENTIAL DONOR
 You can donate blood anytime after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine as long as
without side effects
 You can donate blood 28 days after recovering from COVID-19 infection
 You can donate blood if you do not have any contact with a covid-19 positive
person within the last 14 days
 You cannot donate if you had alcohol intake within the last 24 hours
 You cannot donate blood if you have tattoos, and other piercing within 12
months
 You can donate blood every three months
