and to formally request that you provide a valid explanation for your recent inactivity in fulfilling your duties as
the Vice President of our organization.
We understand that life can become hectic, and personal circumstances may change. However, it is essential for
all members of our club's officials to contribute their time and effort to ensure the smooth functioning of our
club. Your role as Vice President is crucial in helping us achieve our club's objectives, and your current level of
involvement is falling short of what is expected.
In light of the above, we hereby request that you provide a written response within 5 days from the date of this
letter to explain:
The reasons for your prolonged inactivity and failure to fulfill your responsibilities.
Your plan for reengaging with the club and fulfilling your role as Vice President effectively.
Failure to provide a satisfactory response within the stipulated timeframe may result in further action being
taken by the body in accordance with our club's constitution and bylaws, which may include considering your
removal from the position of Vice President.
We take this matter seriously and believe that open and honest communication is essential for the welfare and
progress of our club. We hope that you will use this opportunity to clarify your situation and to express your
commitment to the betterment of our organization.
