How do we locate the problem of E-RAB access success rate deterioration
caused by incorrect license sharing policy configurations in MOCN
scenarios?

Prerequisites
Implementation
Problem location
At the background, configure
identification conditions of this
problem to assist root cause
analysis in fault diagnosis.
Locate the faulty NE and fault
occurrence time to narrow
down the fault range, ensuring
the hit rate.
Locate the root cause, and
provide the diagnosis result.
Faults indicated by diagnosis
results are highlighted in red.
Top 200 abnormal KPIs – KPI deterioration time (turning point) – Top N
NEs (faulty NEs) – Fault diagnosis
Process – Fault Overview
Step 1
Fault Overview – Narrowing Down the Fault Scope,
Ensuring the Hit Rate
Narrow down and determine the faulty NE scope to efficiently
locate faults.
 Filter top N NEs with the greatest failure contribution rates.
 Calculate the turning point of the E-RAB deterioration time.
Identifying Fault Scope and Locating Faulty NE and Turning Point
Fault scenario
Select the E-RAB scenario or other
scenarios for analysis.
Abnormal KPI identification
Error messages are displayed if KPIs
such as success rate or throughput
rate are lower than specified
thresholds. Scenarios with abnormal
KPIs (indicated by a yellow triangle)
are preferentially analyzed by default.
Turning point
Compare values of top 200 KPIs
measured at the time with greatest
deterioration on the day when faults
occur with those measured at the
same time in the last period.
Top NEs with a high
failure contribution rate
Identify top N NEs (ten by default)
leading to KPI exceptions.
Process – Fault Diagnosis
Locating Faults Based on Diagnosis Conditions
Step 2
Analyze this problem based on information about top N
NEs and turning point provided by the Fault Overview
interface.
 Fault Tree and Fault Diagnosis Result of Cells
display the diagnosis result.
 View the diagnosis result from: traffic statistics or
packets.

Fault Tree
Expert experience
library: Based on longtime fault handling
experience, provides root
causes of E-RAB faults
level by level, facilitating
information search.
Site-level/cell-level

Displays detailed
information about
diagnosis results of each
site and cell, such as the
LST CNOPERATOR
command output
information and
information about L.ERAB.FailEst.NoRadioRes.

Diagnosis Result – Detailed Location
Step 3
 Error diagnosis results are displayed in red, and
normal diagnosis results are displayed in black.
 Based on traffic statistics and packets, locate faults
and take corresponding rectification measures.
