I will definitely incorporate students identifying difficult vocabulary words into my assignments. I like having students pair up while working, so that they can help each other try to figure out the meanings themselves before we go over them together. 2. I like analyzing the text in chunks and I think I will incorporate this into articles that I use. 1 Identify 1 obstacle to overcome (include your thoughts on how to meet the challenge). 1. An obstacle may be finding the appropriate level of reading for students so that they can rise to the challenge, but not become frustrated. I will try to find lexile information or look into using articles from Newsela.
