Target Background
Tripleseat provides an end-to-end platform for event management, spanning lead
generation, booking, planning, event execution workflows, reporting and analytics.
With embedded payment processing capabilities, the platform enables operators
across restaurants, hotels and other venues to book, manage and collect payments
for events through an integrated offering. By simplifying the event management
process, Tripleseat seeks to improve the customer experience and support clients’
ability to grow their events businesses. To date, the Tripleseat platform has helped
venues book over 10M events and capture $15B in event leads. The Company was
founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Concord, MA.
Successful Outcome
This strategic investment will help Tripleseat to focus on key growth areas including
expanding market reach, further investing in its product and technology, pursuing
strategic M&A and scaling into additional markets.

engagement across healthcare professionals, hospital wards and various medical
departments. The Company was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Dublin,
Ireland.
Successful Outcome
The transaction marks TSS’ 1st acquisition in Ireland and their 6th acquisition in the
UK/Ireland region. TSS’ extensive healthcare domain knowledge and experience
and IMS MAXIMS’ established product portfolio are expected to create new
