LOTANNA Global Green Books was successful in the early days because of the energy and zeal of both Jim and Brad but, when work or projects increase, it becomes more difficult to manage them. In order to maintain efficiency and avoid bottlenecks, skills like time management and project management become particularly important. Despite attempting to handle every task on their own, Jim and Brad became stuck due to a lack of technology. And once things start escalating out of control, managing it subsequently is difficult.
