Greetings from PHINMA University of Iloilo!
In our desire to live up to our mission of “making lives better”, we continue to be committed in
providing experiential learning opportunities to our students through our Internship Program.
We are, therefore, grateful to your company for accepting our invitation to be an industry
partner, another milestone in realizing this commitment.
To begin this Internship Program, we are formally endorsing Eliezer John M. Villar a student of
the College of Management (COM) taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
(Financial Management) as Student Intern.
He will render relevant service to your organization for a total of six hundred (600) hours each.
To ensure that our student delivers excellent performance in your company, we will conduct
supervisory visits to your office at your convenience.
We have attached the resume and an OJT request form signifying your company’s acceptance
or non-acceptance of the student intern after your initial screening. He will be available for
interview from Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm.
