If needed a new JSEA shall be created. Sequence of Basic Job Steps Visually check exterior of chamber for damage, cleanliness and proper piping and hookups. If the chamber is regularly used with gases other than air: Ventilate chamber with air before entry. Check atmosphere with oxygen analyzer. Talk while entering to notice a voice change. Inform others where you will be or have them follow you while entering. Sat Techs, LST Visually inspect interior of chamber for damage, cleanliness and proper piping and hookups. Recommendations to Eliminate or Reduce Potential Hazards Harmful contaminants. Infectious contaminants Exposure to pressurized piping. Exposure to harsh chemicals. Wear protective clothing. Wear protective clothing and particle mask or respirator if necessary. Depressurize lines before entry. Wear protective clothing and use non-ionic and non-toxic cleaning solutions.
