Event Title: "The LCMC SHOWDOWN: The Magicians Clash"
Event Overview: The LCMC SHOWDOWN: The Magicians Clash is an exciting event
that brings together talented magicians from the town of Lemery, Batangas to showcase
their captivating performances on a professional stage. This competition aims to
celebrate the art of stage magic, inspire creativity, and provide a platform for emerging
magicians to gain recognition and exposure.
Date and Time: ____________ from 3pm-5pm
Location: Victory Town Center
Target Participants: Professional and amateur stage magicians of Lemery, Batangas
Objectives:




To celebrate and promote the art of stage magic
To provide a competitive and supportive environment for magicians to display
their talents
To attract and entertain a diverse audience, including magic enthusiasts and the
general public
To establish The LCMC SHOWDOWN as an annual premier stage magic
competition
Event Activities:



Stage Magic Performances: Each magician will have a minimum of 8 minutes and
maximum of 10 minutes to perform their act on a well-equipped stage with
professional lighting and sound.
Judging Panel: A panel of three experienced and respected magicians will
evaluate the performances based on criteria such as creativity, stage presence,
audience engagement, and technical skill.
Awards Ceremony: Winners will be announced and presented with trophies and
prizes in categories like "Most Creative Performance," and "Victory Town
Center’s Choice" and of course the Top 3 Winners


Magic Networking: Opportunities for other clowns and magicians to join and
connect with LEMERY CLOWNS AND MAGICIANS’ COMMUNITY to build
professional relationships.
Magic Expo (if possible): A small magic expo area will be set up, allowing
magicians to showcase and sell their magic products and merchandise.
Marketing Plan:




Create a dedicated event website with detailed information about the
competition, venue, and date.
Utilize social media platforms to promote the venue to invite shoppers and public
viewers.
Collaborate with magic-related websites and publications to feature articles and
advertisements about the event.
Send out invitations to local media outlets, inviting them to cover the
competition.
