The sharing was led by Rev. Ezra Mwesigwa based himself on the scripture from Ephesians 5. Stating that every man should write his CV in his home and monitor whether he lives up to it. He sighted that the key component of every man’s CV must be love. This fulfils everything every man desires to have in a home. Men were encouraged to work hard even when not recognised by anyone in the family mostly the wife. Take her the way she is said Rev.Ezra. As men, we were challenged to take the big roles of running our marriages by carrying the heavy family duties to bring solutions to the family challenges. Even when un recognised men were challenged to position ourselves to enable others well interpreted our CVS. Others key discussions 1. Membership to the group. The members agreed that for one to be a member you must be wedded in a recognised institution which is church. Attending fellowship consistently. It was agreed that members who stay far should at least attend once every three months. If one misses fellowship 3 consecutive times he will be excused from the fellowship until he gets ready to participate in the fellowship matters. In case he feels it right to return to the group, It shall be through writing to the fellowship, if one is returning having been removed from the group/fellowship due given reasons. If there is need to be absent for long, there should reasonable and un avoidable circumstance one is in as will be acceptable to all members. Contributions towards the fellowship activities. Each member must pull 20000 monthly and by 1/7/2023 each member should have deposited at least 120,000 with the fellowship treasurer. As the leadership had presented the idea of one choosing to be part of at least one activity of the fellowship i.e. one can choose to join the fellowship and the development projects or fellowship only. However this was challenged by the members that all activities of the fellowship are mandatory for every member as the core of the fellowship. Contributions. Members agreed that each member should be up-to-date in contributing including the voluntary savings. Anyone who misses 2 times should come with all the 3 instalments at once in the 3rd sitting. If one misses the contribution for three meetings with no genuine reason. 2. Projects. The project run by the fellowship currently was found to be one (bee keeping) and to be shifted soon to Kabagyenda where there is convenience due to another project in rwencwera where it was before. The costs of shifting it will be met by Mr. Alfred on free will. The leadership informed members that it was hard to identify a project to add on the bee keeping project, hence bounced back to the fellowship for proposals and then analyse to come with an affordable one. The members still tasked the leadership to keeping thinking about the project while the members will suggest theirs in the process. The fellowship leadership was tasked to always give the progress of the existing projects to give members hope of investment. Members were challenged to much more point out the workable short term projects. 3. Beneficiaries of the project. The members confirmed that for the start we deal with supporting close family members of the fellowship member. In case one is faced with death of a member we consider; parents (include the wife’s) and children. In the times of joys it should be the members’ direct family limited to key crucial functions as defined by the fellowship. 4. Discipline. Every case shall be handled as it comes and depending on the weight and individual as will be guided by the chairman. The chairman ended thanking members for their commitment and challenged them to come early for fellowship. He thanked Mr. Shem who came early and purposed to attend the meeting from the tight schedules. He challenged and thanked members for the commitment and supporting the fellow members like Inspector Robert. He asked members to be encouraged to host the fellowship and members agreed that the one hosting shall always get facilitation of 20,000 from the fellowship. To ease host funding on meeting the swallowship. We were asked to stand the Shem Family as they launch their songs which we all agreed to contribute and the chairman was to coordinate. The meeting ended with a word of prayer led by Rev. Ezra Timuzigu at 10:15 Pm PREPARED BY: Byaruhanga Alex.
