Rationale of the Project
Mission of this project is to enhance the event management skills among the undergraduates
since the planning, organizing, controlling, and leadership is essential for management
students because subsequently they will be in a fields of management. Hence it is vital to
develop their management skills before they move on to the practical fields.
additionally this project aims on bringing a fresh concept to the university staff and to their
children since they have been in a stressed environment for a quite long time and there hasn’t
been any fun activities organized prior to this event, with in the Uva Province.
Objectives

To improve the events management skills of the undergraduates.

To improve practical experience on how to make a profit from the event

To develop the fellowship between all the undergraduates, non-academic and
academic staff


To give all of those people a full day of happiness after a busy and stressful few
months.
To get experience for do Wellassa fun fiesta main event.
