User Management and Configuration
2. Prepare IT Security Manager Role for
User and Role Management
Add 2 OIM roles:
• Identity User Administrators

organization to the IT Security
Manager role.

2. Best practice: The Application
Implementation Consultant has broad
access to any enterprise structure. If you
want to limit access, use the Create Data
Roles for Implementation Users task to
create a data role based on a job role
with limited access, such as the HCM
Application Administrator job role.
Enterprise Roles that Can Access FSM
• Application Implementation Manager (Manages implementation/monitors progress)
• Application Implementation Consultant (Super User)
• Various “functional user” roles (i.e., Accounting Manager or Business Analyst)
