Personal interest on the project: I’ve had the opportunity to work abroad with teams of multicultural people, in many work environments. I’ve come to learn a lot from those experiences and I think that this job could be a good opportunity for me to continue growing as a person. I have a lot of interest in Australia as a country and as a culture, since I aim to someday work or travel there. Last but not least, I love talking in English and learning other languages! High-Level Language Skills: As I have lived and worked in the United States over a period of two years, I possess strong written and spoken English and Spanish communication skills. I am fluent in both languages, allowing me to effectively draft and edit content in English and Spanish. Excellent Research, Writing, and Reporting Skills: My academic background and previous experiences have honed my research and writing abilities. I am currently working on my career thesis which involves reviewing and analyzing academic research and papers exclusively in English. I am skilled in gathering information, synthesizing data, and producing wellstructured reports and articles, aligning with the requirements of this internship, even when it comes to translate such information from one language to another. Creativity and Adaptability: I am a creative thinker with a track record of adapting to diverse tasks and challenges. I believe in bringing fresh perspectives to storytelling, which will be valuable for the "Mar de Historias" blog, especially during the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations. Organizational and Interpersonal Skills: My strong organizational skills have been demonstrated in various group projects and my ability to meet deadlines consistently. I am also a team player, having effectively collaborated with colleagues in past roles, ensuring a smooth workflow. Commitment and Enthusiasm: I am highly enthusiastic about contributing to the Australian Embassy's mission and commemorating the diplomatic relations between Peru and Australia. I am dedicated to providing support and making a meaningful impact during the internship.
