Test procedure of the MOSFETs, 4368 and 60N60
Open the inverter, and remove all the fuses.
Set your multi meter to the diode check (transistor) position.

Testing the 60N60’s MOSFET
Refer to the picture below, test point A, B, and C
1. Put the multi-meter red pin (still in the diode test position) on test point A, and the black
test pin to test point B.
2. Put the multi-meter red pin (still in the diode test position) on test point A, and the black
test pin to test point C.
3. Repeat this for all 60N60’s MOSFET.
What is the meter readings for:
Red:
A to B = 500~700
A to C =500~700
Blue:
A to B = 500~700
A to C = 500~700
Green:
A to B = 500~700
A to C = 500~700
Fluke meter reading, if you use other meter, the reading is different.
You can write down the result data and send me a photo of the
reading out for check.
Testing the 4368’s MOSFET
The same as the 60N60.
The test of the resistor around the mosfet.
Meter in OHM position, the right reading is on the resistor itself.
