 Branches have distributed gifts to teachers and staff from imprest budget.
 Costs have been estimated from Rs. 200 to 700.
 RD and HR promotes motivation for teachers.
 Branches have insufficient budget for expenses.
Annual Dinner Budget only for Teachers
 Budget should be at least Rs. 3000 per head.
 Admin and office staff must be included.

 Assistant IT Manager in Cluster branches have been sanctioned 60 liter petrol.
 Due to increase in fuel rate, branch visits by AMCOs will be reduced.
