About the Portal
The Skillworx Africa Assessment System (SAS) is a
fully automated, white-labelled, assessment system
that our Clients use either as a business revenue
stream and / or to supplement their consulting or
clinical services.
Functionality
» The assessment system is designed to be branded
with the Clients logo and business information.
» This includes branding all generated reports with
their unique company logo.
» The system automates the assessment admin
process from delivery of participant emails, to
generation of final reports.
» This system is made available for FREE to all
registered Skillworx Africa Clients.

The assessment comprises 120-items measuring the
following five dimensions and their six related facets
(30 in total):
The Townsend Personality Questionnaire (TPQ®) is
developed for personal and workplace development.
The TPQ® is based on the Five-Factor model – the idea
that five main factors are necessary and sufficient for
broadly describing human personality.
It is not based on theory but language and the ‘natural’
systems that people use to understand one another.

the overarching Personal and Social Competence
factors, five dimensions, and their related facets (25 in
total) as follows:
Townsend Emotional Intelligence Inventory (TEQ-i®)
developed to measure Emotional Intelligence and has
application for both personal development as well as
effective workplace functioning.
Emotional Intelligence is a form of intelligence that
involves the ability to monitor your own and others’
feelings and emotions, to discriminate among them, and
to use this information to guide your thinking and action

assessments in their practices, consultancies, or
