• Comparing notches position
An Artificial Vision Camera inspects the part looking for
positive (or negative) notches and calculating the
measure de distance between pocket and part notches.
In case of a NOK machine locks and waits for supervisor
ACK.
NOTE: As usual, we will try to minimize the cycle time’s impact, but sometimes camera may need some time to identify notches as
material is not solid and notches do not seem all equal for all parts.
