Materials:
 two plastic cups of the same size labeled A and B
 salt
 dark colored pebbles
 water
 a plastic spoon
Procedure:
1. Fill in half of cup A with pebbles.
2. Fill in half of cup B with water.
3. Put 2 spoonfuls of salt into cup A. Mix and observe.
4. Put 2 spoonfuls of salt into cup B. Mix and observe.
