INTERVIEW
1 - tell me about yourself
They're not looking for a correct answer. They want to you see your
confidence, enthusiasm and passion that you answer with.
Show off your communication skills. Talk about your education, where you
grew up, past work experience, personal interests in your spare time.
2 - what are your strengths
They're looking for how positive you think about yourself.
They want to get how a good thing about you could be a good thing for the
company.
3 - what are your weaknesses
You don't need to be negative about yourself. They want you identifying
your weakness but also showing them how you can cover it up.
4 - where do you see yourself in five years from now OR long/short
terms goals
They want to see how committed you are going to be to the company. Tell
them which position to you want to get in the company.
5 - what do you know about the company
They want to see if you know the persona of the company. Learn about the
positive attributes, their products, their awards, their history.
6 - how well do you handle a change?
They want to know if you are able to cope up with a change.
So, don't try to impress them. Instead of it tell them an example that you
had in your previously job or personal life.
7 - do you work well under pressure?
The recruiter wants to know if you get the stressed out or if you get
panicked. Companies expect more responsibilities and greater work load.
Show them that under pressure situations are made to bring the team
together and elect priorities.
8 - how do make important decisions?
The company wants to know if you're able to handle with a critical decision.
Say that you know this is a hard decision to any employee but show them
you're ready for this challenge. Say that you weight the pros and cons, and
that you like to get some advices from your team
QUICK TIPS:
- dive to the extra infos;
- know who you recruiter is. know about the person's job on Linkedin;
- make friends in the environment;
- body language and eye contact;
- ask questions;
- say goodbye being relevant;
- dont say that you’re able to do anything. show your value and don’t show
desperation;
- be confident. an interview is decided for the first 30 seconds;
- don’t say nothing bad about your ex job or about your ex boss.
