What is happiness for you? - Happiness, in my opinion, is something that comes from the inside. Real joy, on the other hand, comes from within. Happiness is essentially a mental state. Furthermore, it can only be accomplished by thinking positively and avoiding negative thoughts. It's only when you're in a good mood that you can't help but smile. Personal development helps you feel fulfilled, which in turn makes you happy, so happiness is more likely to be linked to it. When you are happy, on the other hand, you usually set more goals to achieve even more happiness. This is why personal development and happiness are closely associated.
