NARRATIVE REPORT
May 5, 2023, the Grade 7 – Penguin parents and the adviser conducted its 3rd
Home Room Parents and Teachers Association (HRPTA) meeting. The agenda are as
follows:
1. PTA DONATION- 500.00
2. SEARCH FOR AMBASSADOR AND AMBASADRESS OF GOODWILL 2023
MAY 12, 2023- 1ST COUNTING
MAY 18, 2023- LAST COUNTING
JUNE 2, 2023- CORONATION
3. RECOGNITION OF HONORS
4. CARD DISTRIBUTION
The meeting started at exactly 10:20 in the morning with 11 parents and Mrs.
Arellano, the adviser present.
The adviser reminded all the parents for their PTA donation. She also
commended other parents for giving heartily their donations.
Mrs. Arellano also acknowledge the parents and the classroom representative
for the search for Ambassador and Ambassadress of Goodwill 2023.
With a majority decision, the body approved that each parent would donate
50.00 pesos for the quota for the search for Ambassador and Ambassadress of
Goodwill 2023 and set May 10, 2023, as the deadline of payment.
Recognition of honors and the distribution of the card was also done.
There is no other matters to be discussed so Mrs. Arellano, the class adviser
raise a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mrs. Colonia seconded the motion and
approved by the body. The meeting officially adjourned at exactly 11:10 in the
morning.
