With reference to Regional Memorandum No. 20-405, Conduct of Activities on
the Implementation Of Learning Delivery Modality (LDM) Course 2 Under The Basic
Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP), SDO Rizal in coordination with the
Human Resource Development Division (HRDD), National Educators Academy of the
Philippines (NEAP-R), Field Technical Assistance Division(FTAD), and Curriculum
and Learning Management Division (CLMD) and Quality Assurance Division (QAD),
all of the DepEd Region IV-CALABARZON, shall conduct various activities to ensure
it implementation.
2.
This activity aims to:
a. improve the readiness of teachers and school leaders for the
implementation and management of learning delivery modalities
consistent with policies and COVID 19 response framework adopted
by the government;
b. provide guidance to the field officials in making informed decision
related to the implementation of the different learning delivery
modalities appropriate to their context, and
c. implement the Learning Delivery Modalities Course 2 (LDM)
effectively and efficiently as planned

Participants to this activities are the LAC Coaches/TA Providers, LAC
Leaders, and teachers as grouped by their respective sub-offices, as per attached
schedule of activities.
4.
Program implementation shall be both synchronous and asynchronous using
google classroom as platform. Composition of LAC Teams shall be submitted through
a shared drive in sheets to rizal.hrd@ deped.gov.ph on 4 September 2020.

Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
