They are eager to find hidden, time-saving tech features.
They view tech proficiency as a personal productivity journey.
They tend to feel that sharing insights isn’t a major priority due to apathy, the nerd
factor, lack of recognition, or because they seek a competitive advantage.
They are humble and understand that techspertise requires continuous learning.
Techsperts are curious, positive, and outgoing. They enjoy helping others excel.
TGs explore their everchanging technosphere in search of helpful features.
When TEs discover a new tech tip, they get excited to practice, then share it.
TGs invest time to save time.

S2s are usually more introverted and task-driven than other colleagues.
S2s may appear to be “know-it-alls” . This can intimidate ETs.
S2s may find Calm Coaches to be underqualified for tech leadership assignments.

ETs are nervous about sharing tech insights with colleagues.
ETs learn from Techsperts but may feel intimidated by Silo Stars.
Unlike Calm Coaches, ETs are uncomfortable with tech change.
ETs may talk themselves out of tech-driven opportunities.
ETs may lag behind when new e communication tools are introduced.

RushBot: From Outlook Calendar Tap Control + G > Type month and
date > For example, 2 4 > Tap enter to zoom to Feb. 4.
Date Detector: From Outlook Calendar Mini Calendar Day View > Click
and hold Control and click on any dates you want to see together.
Meeting Megabot: From an email sent to a number of colleagues, Tap
the Reply with Meeting icon to invite them all to a meeting.
Scheduler: From Outlook Calendar click > New Meeting > Scheduling
Assistant > Click Add a Name and add all attendees > The Scheduling
Assistant will then show the available times for participants. Click Add
Rooms to add a meeting room. Use the Room Finder to see availability.
Once you have selected rooms and people examine the chart to see
what times might work for everyone. Room Finder Calendar: Make
sure you look at the calendar and other tools on the right which show
you the best and worst times for your meeting in terms of availability.
