Course Description:
This course introduces students to Healthcare Organizations’ histories, evolvements,
types, structures, and services. The course will, also, introduce students to the
different managerial functions, roles, skills, and tools required to manage Healthcare
Organization. In this course the student will, also, learn the implications of what he
learn in class on Healthcare Organizations in Saudi Arabia.

Conduct of the Course:
In addition to the mid-terms and final exams there will be a term paper and
presentation. For the term paper, student has to write a paper about a Health Service
Organization in KSA, and then student will present his paper (Note: Using scientific
journals articles will enrich your term paper).

The final grade will be based on the following:
