REMINDERS Construction Related Matters The contractor/s shall be responsible for the behavior and discipline of all workers in the Construction project (Helpers, Contractors, Engineers & suppliers) of his/her lot. Official work hours for Construction starts from 7:00am to 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays only. Overtime request forms must accomplished and submitted to the Property Management Office. ● ● ● With the mountainous pile of garbage and trashes along the perimeter area of Monterrazas Road, emphasis is given to a clean-up drive that will happen on August 12, 2023. Monthly Training with Security guards Homeowners Related Matters All Home and Lot Owners are encouraged to pay the monthly dues for the year 2022 to 2023. All owners, occupants, guest and visitors are required to get the new vehicle sticker before July 21 for monitoring and security purposes. The Home Owner shall be responsible for ensuring proper garbage collection and disposal.
