We can't load choices from Zapier's API because there was no
label field found in the prefill information, probably because this is
a custom Python app. | will make a CSV of the 1 choices currently
loaded in the dropdown. If you want to, you can manually fetch
more choices by clicking "Load More" and then restart this process
to also include those choices.
