• I focused on my achiever theme.
What strategies can you implement to achieve this task?
• I can implement my good study habits and motivation to succeed to push myself to study
hard.
How would applying these themes make this strategy a reality?
• By studying well, and being practiced, I will feel much more confident in my ability to go
in and ace the exam.
What are the results of your actions?
• Hopefully it would yield a good grade, I am aiming for an A+!

• I focused on the arranger and incorporated elements of the achiever as well.
What strategies can you implement to achieve this task?
• I will again need a lot of focus and motivation, spending some time to come up with a
strong argument and build a solid foundation for my paper’s structure.
How would applying these themes make this strategy a reality?
• Coming up with a strong outline for paper’s is necessary to organize my thoughts
logically and actually create an effective argument.
What are the results of your actions?
• I am aiming for an A/A- on this paper which would be an improvement from my last 2!

• I focused on my intellection and I chose to steer a little away from strictly academic
coursework and frame it in regards to something I enjoy outside of class.
What strategies can you implement to achieve this task?
• Time management techniques and tangible goal setting.
How would applying these themes make this strategy a reality?
• By setting tangible goals, I will be able to better measure my progress and make sure I’m
keeping on pace to get through all the books I want.
What are the results of your actions?
• I’m hoping to finish the book I’m currently reading as well as the next one I have picked
out before winter break is over.
