LEARNING CONTRACT
By signing this learning agreement, I commit to the following terms and conditions of Jose Rizal
Memorial State University in the implementation of Flexible Learning System. Specifically, I

distancing, wearing of face mask, regular washing of hands / using disinfectants and others)
and take safety precautions in carrying all my obligations and responsibilities of this course
